Pat Splinter is the Chief Operating Officer and CleanTech Co-Leader for VantagePoint Capital Partners. She is in charge of VantagePoint’s business strategy, global operations, and co-managing the clean technology group. She has over 34 years of experience in senior management positions in major organizations and start-up companies, most notably at Intel Corp. where she managed human resources at a global level. She has held vice president positions at two companies - Maxtor, and NetManage. She is currently on the board of directors for the California Museum, and the Tech Museum in San Jose. She graduated from San Francisco State University.
